The tool allows the analysis of physiological data for participants in virtual reality sessions. The parameters detected are useful for a posteriori analysis, allowing to evaluate the patient's state during the setting, relaxation and interaction phase. Other parameters such as liking, personal involvement, relaxation and interaction are evaluated by the health care professional/technician during the test run. At the end of the protocol a PDF report is produced to document the activity performed by that specific patient. During the test, the patient is monitored using a smartband (a non-invasive measuring system that the patient wears as if it were a normal watch). The gold standard for stress measurement is the measurement of the galvanic response of the skin that requires a pair of electrodes to be connected to the subject's dermis and thanks to the superficial impedance variations it is extracted as a result of the variation in sweating of the human body, directly involved in the regulation of emotional behaviour. To avoid the use of EDA electrodes, a wearable device has been used. The header shows the preliminary data of the tester, including the Patient ID (4-digit numerical code), the date and time at which the test was performed. The Patient ID is useful to facilitate the anonymisation of the data. The Measured Parameters section displays graphs of heart rate (bpm) and accelerometer (cumulative acceleration) time. To verify the patient's relaxed state, accelerometric measurements are taken, representing the amount of movement the subject makes during the session, and the heartbeat. Thanks to the correlation of the two parameters it is possible to extract how much the subject was agitated during the test. It has been verified, during the pre-trial phase, that high amount of movement (cumulative acceleration) and heartbeat higher than the value measured at the beginning of the test, show situations of agitation and psychosomatic stress. Another correlation carried out downstream of the test is that between the period in which the various virtual environments are represented (duration expressed in relative time coordinate) and the parameters taken, representing the transition from one zone to another with vertical bars. Statistical processing is carried out on these parameters in the Data Mining subsection. The quantities extracted, both for the series of accelerometric measurements and for cardiac samples, are the maximum, minimum, average, fashion, median and standard deviation. In the Evaluation section, the tool proposes a questionnaire addressed to the doctors/technicians who conducted the test to evaluate the patient's appeal. Each parameter is in scale [0.5] where 0 is the lowest feeling level in a given task or in a scenario shown, 5 is the highest value.

Through the inline interface, users are capable to require information to our core system. With an increasing specificity, is possible to call National, Regional and Provincial Data.

The patients who can most benefit from this application are those who suffer from chronicity; Today the treatment of chronicity requires a considerable economic outlay from of the NHS, as chronicity leads the patient to go to the hospital assiduously slowing the whole system down. Due to the importance given today to innovation, the education sector is evolving thanks digital technologies. Virtual Reality (VR) can be a potential teaching tool offering many advantages in the field of training and education, as it allows you to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills using an immersive experience in less time than the traditional educational process. These assumptions allow to lay the foundations for a new educational environment, involving and stimulating for students. Starting from the objective of strengthening the innovative teaching offer and the learning processes, the case study of the research concerns the digitalization of MastrLAB, High Quality Laboratory (HQL) belonging to the Department of Structural, Building and Geotechnical Engineering (DISEG) of the Polytechnic of Turin, a center specialized in experimental mechanical tests on traditional and innovative building materials and on the structures made with them. The MastrLAB-VR has been developed, a revolutionary innovative training tool designed with the aim of educating the class in total safety on the techniques of use of machinery, thus reducing the dangers arising from the performance of potentially dangerous activities. The virtual laboratory, dedicated to the students of the Building and Civil Engineering Courses of the Polytechnic of Turin, has been projected to simulate in an absolutely realistic way the experimental approach to the structural tests foreseen in their courses of study: from the tensile tests to the relaxation tests, from the steel qualification tests to the resilience tests on elements at environmental conditions or at characterizing temperatures. The research work proposes a methodology for the virtualization of technical laboratories through the application of Building Information Modelling (BIM), starting from the creation of a digital model. The process includes the creation of an independent application, which with Oculus Rift technology will allow the user to explore the environment and interact with objects through the use of joypads. The application has been tested in prototype way on volunteers, obtaining results related to the acquisition of the educational notions exposed in the experience through a virtual quiz with multiple answers, achieving an overall evaluation report. The results have shown that MastrLAB-VR is suitable for both beginners and experts and will be adopted experimentally for other laboratories of the University departments.

After the first phase, based on the creation of a 3D model by using 3D CAD Software, starting from a 2D Image : L'ultima Cena, the project proposes the creation of a guided tactile path that interacts with the position of the visitor's hands by starting an audio track inherent to the character/area of the 3D painting touched. Using a proximity sensor to signal the presence of a user in front of the model, the system will ask you to press a button to confirm the start of the experience. By means of a button-pattern connection that will be made through a steel cable, the user will be able to start exploring the picture tactfully. In particular, using the leap motion device, equipped with infrared cameras, the position of the user's hands will be traced and thanks to a mapping function, the audio sequence will start, played selectively with respect to the position of the limb.
